Information for Super Choice
Payroll Premier gives you information and links to the ATO’s Super Choice site as well as the ability to create a unique Superannuation fund for each employee. Payroll Premier also allows you to store information on an unlimited number of super funds.

Easily view each payroll component
The revolutionary Q-Zoom will help you to understand the details behind the payment calculations you make. Q-Zoom allows you to see how Payroll Premier has calculated each payroll component such as Wages, Commission Payments, Allowances, Deductions, Sundry Payments, Superannuation, Gross Pay, Tax and Net Totals.
Enhanced accuracy
The Timesheet component of the Awards module allows you to pre-determine the pay rates that are applicable to hours worked at various times and days of the week. So all you have to do is enter the start and finish time of each shift and Payroll Premier will do the rest – automatically and with enhanced accuracy.
Reduce time spent on employee records
Minimise data entry by using the Awards module. The module includes standard conditions of employment, such as the accrual of different types of leave. You can also determine the superannuation rate for one or more groups of employees. The Awards module can store relevant rates for full time, part time and casual employees, their allowances and the manner in which they progress to the next level of employment. All this can be done automatically.
New Features
Be up to date with various government legislations
Payroll Premier keeps you up to date with PAYG tax tables, state payroll tax rates and thresholds that come into effect on July 1 2006. Also included are INB payment summaries that ensure you comply with new ATO requirements whilst reducing the administrative burden on your business. The summaries can be saved as a PDF, this creates added flexibility in delivering the payment summary, as the PDF can be attached to an email and then sent to an employee.
Quicken SuperLink
If you want to take the headache out of Super Choice, Quicken’s new integrated solution, Quicken SuperLink* can help. No more writing cheques, printing reports and sending them to each super fund – simply create your pays, export to Quicken SuperLink then go online to upload the export file and process the transaction. *You must first subscribe to Quicken SuperLink.
